Pacific Court Townhouses, a mixed-income family development
of 72 attractive “City Townhouses,” continues the neighborhood revitalization begun
by the
Lafayette Senior Living Center
and Woodward Homes. The first off-site phase of this HOPE VI Revitalization Program,
Pacific Court Townhouses celebrates the best of traditional urban design in a location
bordering the Hudson Bergen Light Rail, close to Liberty State Park, and near the
commercial corridors of Communipaw Avenue and Pacific Avenue.
Building design and amenities
include 6 one-bedroom, 25 two-bedroom, 39 three-bedroom, and 2 four-bedroom apartments
