Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Department, ^c/o  Mr. Kenneth Pinnock, Jr., Purchasing Agent, for the Jersey City Housing Authority (“JCHA”), 400 US Highway #1 (Marion Gardens), Jersey City, NJ 07306, on the date and time designated for the receipt of bids.

How to Obtain a Bid Package:     Bidding documents, including plans and specifications, may be obtained from the JCHA via one (1) of the following method(s):

v       Bids/RFP's can be downloaded from this Website (except constructions bids or bids with attachments. Those bids would have to be pick-up).

v     Fax Request to (201) 547 – 6643;

v     Email Request to kpinnock@jcha.us ;

v     Pick-up during regular business hours (9 AM- 4 PM, Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays).

 Upon receipt of any/all request(s), bid package will be sent via regular mail.

*ALL REQUESTS MUST BE COMPLETE WITH COMPANY NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION, AND REFERENCE BID DESCRIPTION/TITLE.
