Family Definition;

applicable, does not exceed the income limits established by the Internal Revenue

(LIHTC) units or for public housing homeownership
developments, is within the approved income range.
Income Limits are posted
separately in JCHA management offices;
-

with
the JCHA. All applicants must meet the Applicant Selection criteria,
which are used to determine if an applicant will make a suitable tenant.
